Starting out as the first Danish paid podcast subscription service to being one of the leading audio platforms today, Podimo has been on an incredible growth journey. Over the past 2 years, Precis has been working as an extension of Podimo’s in-house team providing strategic and operational support to their evolving business needs. With the support of Precis the audio platform has successfully entered new markets, launched new shows and optimised their marketing setup in established markets to ensure profitability.

Empowering in-house team

With the aim of not only serving as a helping hand but also empowering Podimo’s team to handle tasks in-house, Precis developed operational handbooks for channel maintenance, market expansion, and scalable creative performance.

An integrated marketing setup

Through the partnership, Precis helped Podimo’s in-house team establish an integrated paid marketing setup. Working physically from Podimo’s office, Precis’ specialists built a robust data and measurement setup that not only fueled their media buying strategy but also the development of creatives.

Ad-hoc support

The on-site consultancy setup enabled Precis to support Podimo in various tasks. Examples of these included hosting workshops in BigQuery and YouTube creative auditing, as well as supporting the client in the transition to Google Analytics 4 and providing SEO and ASO (app store optimisation) support.
